Our name is Earl

as many of you may know, a remodeling is fully underway. within weeks our existence will soon be partnered with a brand new 21st century kitchen. fully loaded with tile, working electrical outlets, and a dishwasher. slowly the house is brought out of the dark ages

and into the luxurious modern 90's.

but seriously its going to be awesome when its finished.

until then, we've been forced to relocate what appliances were worth keeping, so the room could be gutted.

two days into this new adjusted lifestyle, Jason comes out into the living room and merely says "this is weird, it feels uncomfortable, no room to move around"
see, Snackers and i are determined to continue in our daily routine of working, eating, watching the same movies/television, eating, typing on laptops, eating and playing Dr. mario... regardless of this temporary adjustment.

Jason is right, its not like we live in Columbia Heights anymore...its different....it feels like...Fridley.

like our trailerpark brothers a mile away, we've got four cars behind the house, and we too have a kitchen, IN the living room.

we share other similarities with trailer life, such as a front door in the living room, and that new addition, hidden away by a clear plastic sheet

we got new dishes at sam's club.
cause realistically a white trash home doesn't actually need working appliances. just the appearance of modern life.
and because of that, we can't actually cook anything, or use any real dishes, cause the sink is gone.

so we got dinner for later. add hot dogs or tuna, and some peas, and we've got a microwave-casserole ready in no time. the best part? after dinner in the kitchen/living room, we can just throw everything away. in the garbage, in the living room.
